Blue-sky thinking: Karv One creates aspirational workspace in Wenzhou City's tallest tower.

For its client China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd, Karv One Design has created a workspace that's as out-of-this-world as its location: Wenzhou City's tallest skyscraper, the World Trade Tower.

In order to make the most of the scenic views on offer, the practice created two viewing areas, an Observation Deck and Air Meeting Room, to "strengthen the spatial relationship between the demonstration area and the project site", allowing visitors to overlook the city scenery as they work.

Karv One has taken inspiration from the waves of China's Tanghe River for the interiors. By including design details such as natural light and shadow, and landscape scenes, an immersive experience is created, making the contemporary space a sure staple in the region's urban identity.
