Vibrant coworking brand, Huckletree is known for its fun, forward-thinking spaces. So when it sought to expand its presence in London, to 199 Bishopsgate, it partnered with Modus to bring its vision to life.

Following the success of a previous collaboration at Oxford Circus, Modus had a solid idea of what the brand was hoping to achieve with the new 35,000 sq ft high spec workspace situated in a BREEAM Excellent building.

Environmentally conscious products and materials were to be chosen in light of this, to furnish a hub with dynamic work zones, a vegan café, a wellness space, and customisable suites set across four floors.

As you'll see in the images, the resulting scheme is vibrant - blending an eclectic mix of playful elements and futuristic design, all anchored by a striking blue staircase.

Bold design choices, such as bespoke ceiling mirrors, spray-painted ceilings, soft furnishings, and colour-themed rooms, create a kaleidoscope of moods. Every corner resonating with Huckletree’s playful yet sophisticated brand in the tech and finance-driven neighbourhood.

Modus describes Huckletree Liverpool Street as not just a workspace, but an experience. From the vibrant reception and vegan café to the serene wellness space and member’s bar, every detail has been crafted to inspire. "Whether you need a focus space, collaboration space, or a moment in a hanging bubble chair, this space has it all.

"At Huckletree Liverpool Street, the future of work is not just imagined—it’s realised in every meticulously crafted detail."
