Scanomat supports QBE Insurance Group as it evolves its workplace offering.
Scanomat, the global manufacturer of the premium TopBrewer coffee solution, is supporting client QBE Insurance Group's London headquarters at 30 Fenchurch Street with a first-class coffee experience as it navigates the future of workplace post-pandemic.
In a time defined by the long-term effects of climate change and a drive to preserve natural resources, investing in future-proof assets is no doubt the best approach for business and the environment. Scanomat's TopBrewer coffee machines are designed for longevity, with long-term sustainability and durability at the forefront.
TopBrewer is made with premium quality components and cutting-edge digitalisation to continuously extend the product lifecycle and enhance the user experience.
Scanomat is continuing to provide a first-class coffee experience and after-care service to QBE Insurance Group, including the supply of sustainable, specialty-grade Amokka coffee beans which are fully traceable back to origin.
Like many businesses, QBE's approach to the workplace has evolved during the pandemic, so it was important to have a stable coffee solution they could rely on to welcome staff back to the office.
"The TopBrewer's premium look and feel remain an attractive feature in our offices to attract internal and external clients to the environment. In addition, the TopBrewer has proven to be a very reliable and durable asset to our business throughout our longstanding relationship with Scanomat," says Giuseppe Vianello, Client Services Operations Manager at QBE.
QBE was one of the first clients globally to adopt TopBrewer as the standard beverage solution for all staff and visitor areas in the workplace due to its flexible design, advanced technology, and social aspect. Since then, the TopBrewer experience has evolved at a pace, with many free upgrades enhancing the user experience, including the introduction of voice control during the Covid-19 pandemic. Internationally, Scanomat continues to grow at great speed and is developing new, cutting-edge beverage solutions for workplace, retail and hospitality markets.
Simon Bracken, Co-Founder and Managing Director at Scanomat UK & Ireland comments: "We position ourselves as much more than coffee machine providers; we believe in working in partnership to provide a premium and personalised coffee experience that elevates the workplace into a collaborative destination."
Equally, the relationship between Scanomat and QBE has evolved. Initially, Scanomat provided a fully managed barista service to QBE which involved re-filling and maintaining the machines daily, but over time QBE were able to expand their in-house catering department to be able to manage the TopBrewer fleet internally, with continued regular barista support visits and training from the Scanomat team.
Giuseppe adds: "My experience working with the Scanomat team is like working with a small family-run business and we still work with much of the same personnel today as we did from day one. I have been impressed with the response times, comprehensive level of service, and personalised barista support they provide."
The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the challenges businesses face around the optimisation of assets. Digitalisation and working with trusted suppliers can help to ensure successful business continuity into the future.
Simon says, "Extending our contract with QBE is evidence that Scanomat's service consistently goes above and beyond and highlights the longevity and sustainability of the TopBrewer which remains ahead of its time in the industry. We're thrilled to have been re-contracted to QBE, who were one of our first large clients, and will continue to provide first-class coffee service and support."
